Wilbar Associates Limited are a Consultancy specialising in all aspects of highways and traffic, including training, site supervision, traffic management, traffic management CAD drawings, temporary traffic sign design and construction and health and safety consultancy . We have a Training Centre in Horsham, West Sussex, approved by CABWI and Lantra for training and assessing Candidates for qualifications under the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 and High Speed Roads. Many other training courses are available, covering all requirements of the construction industry. We are Consultants to West Sussex County Council, and our staff have been employed in the County's Highways Team, carrying out inspections, Survey's, Supervision and Project Management. We also provide staff to other local authorities, and Consultants. All our services are provided by qualified, experienced staff, at competitive fees.
