Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel a booking for any reason and get a full refund providing it is done 11 or more calendar days prior to the course start date.

If customers cancel a delegate off a course less than 10 calendar days prior to the start date, the cancellation charge is 100% of the training fee.

If for any reason LU Skills Development needs to cancel a course(s) (eg insufficient numbers have applied for a course), we will endeavour to inform Course Bookers as soon as that decision is made. Course(s) can also be cancelled on the day due to unforeseen circumstances. In this situation the training fees paid for the course will be refunded in full.
