Cancellation Policy

There will be no charge for cancellation provided that at least 5 working days written notice is given. Cancellation after this time will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the course fees per delegate for Non-ACAD members or 25% of the course fees for ACAD Members. For ‘in house’ courses there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of the course fees.

ACAD reserves the right to cancel training and alter the training schedule.
